BY INSTALLING OR USING THE SOFTWARE ("PROGRAM") INCLUDED WITH THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACCEPT THE

TERMS OF THIS LICENSE WITH EZYSOFT DEVELOPMENTS.

You may not rent, lease, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create

derivative works based EZY INVOICE 3000.

EVALUTION VERSION

This is not free software. You are licensed to use this product without charge for a period of 30

days only for the purpose of evalution only. Continued use beyond the evaluation period requires

the payment of a registration fee. Upon receipt of the registration fee, you will be sent via

email a license file which will unlock the evalution version EZY INVOICE 3000.

REGISTERED VERSION

You may install registered copies of EZY INVOICE 3000 on as many computer as you want within your

organization or business entity. The number or users who can concurrently or simultaneously

access the data is limited by the number of user licenses you purchase.

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO

PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

IN NO EVENT SHALL EZYSOFT DEVELOPMENTS, THE AUTHOR, ITS PUBLISHER OR ITS RESELLERS BE BE LIABLE

FOR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR OTHER PECUNIARY

LOSS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY LIMITED TO

REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
